GENERAL QUESTIONS

How do I order wedding invitations from the collection?

All wedding invitations are sold through Leveret Paperie’s Etsy Shop. You can find all of the current wedding invitations and save the dates here. When browsing the collection on LeveretPaperie.com, just click the link from the design you like and it will take you directly that listing in Etsy.

Can I change the wording to something different than shown in the samples?

Definitely! All of the wording is customizable, so if you want to switch things up that’s no problem. If you’re having trouble figuring out how to word your invitations or save the dates, you can view our Guide to Wording and Etiquette here.

I love one of the designs but the colors don’t match my wedding.

Can you customize the colors for me?

Certainly! When you place your order, I (Heather) will request that you send color image swatches and I’ll match the colors as closely as possible for you. I'll send you a digital proof before anything is printed.

How long does it take to receive a wedding invitation from the pre-designed collection?

Turnaround time for wedding invites and save the dates from the pre-designed collection is 2 - 3 weeks.

Do you sell insert cards to include extra wedding details, like accommodations, on?

Definitely! If you need an extra insert card, please email me with the design you’re interested in and the quantity you need and I’ll get you a full quote.

When should I send my Save the Dates out?

Your Save the Dates should be sent about 6 months before your wedding. For destination weddings or when many of your guests will be travelling to the event, it is best to send the Save the Dates out 6 - 8 months in advance.

When should I send my Wedding Invitations?

Your Wedding Invitations should be mailed 2 - 3 months before your wedding date.

Do you offer digital files?

I sure do! You can purchase a digital file for a Wedding Invitation or Save the Date from each Etsy listing by choosing “Digital File” in the “Quantity” drop down menu.

If I order a digital file, where can I get it printed?

I recommend taking the files to your local printer. This way you won’t have to mess with the hassle of printing at home and the quality should be top notch. Your printer should have card stock options for you to choose from so make sure to ask to feel their paper options. It’s also a good idea to ask for a test print before printing the bulk of the invitations to make sure everything’s in place. You can also go to places like FedEx Kinko’s or Staples, but their quality may not be as good as your local printer.

Will I receive a proof?

You will receive a digital proof within 3 - 5 business days of placing your order. If you have changes or adjustments at the time, then I will be happy to make those for you. Included in each order is 3 proofing rounds, so if there are adjustments needed there’s plenty of time for it.

Can I make a change after approving my proof?

Unfortunately, no. Once a proof is approved it is sent directly to the printer and the printing process begins. Please look over your proofs carefully before approving.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Since your order is customized for you and your event, all orders are final. Refunds will not be granted for color differences between digital proofs and the final printed product or for grammatical/spelling errors of approved proofs. If there was a mistake on the part of Leveret Paperie, then I will be happy to reprint the items for you.

What kind of paper do you use?

The standard card stock is a sturdy 120 lb smooth white cover stock.

Textured and upgraded stocks are available for an additional charge:

- Double Thick Cards (Invitation only): $2.00 per suite

- Recycled 130lb Stock: $0.25 per suite

- Ice Pearl 110lb Stock: $0.25 per suite

- Felt 110lb Stock (White or Ecru): $0.10 per suite

- 19pt Savoy Cotton: $0.50 per suite

What printing methods do you offer?

All cards are digitally printed by a professional printer. Digital printing is a flat printing method and allows for a full range of colors making it the best way to print illustrated watercolor graphics.

Foil stamping on top of digitally printed designs is also available. If this is something you’re interested in please email me with the design you would like to add foil stamping to and your quantities and I can get you a full quote.

Can I see samples?

Definitely! Samples can be purchased directly from the listings on Etsy. Due to my printer's minimum quantities you will receive 10 samples of the Invitation only and 10 Blank Envelopes. If you would like to also receive samples of the RSVP card or a sample of the envelopes with return address printing, please send me a message and I can set up a custom listing for you.

Please note, samples are not personalized but will be a sample of the invitation as shown in the listing. If you decide to order after purchasing samples, please let me know and I will refund you the cost of your samples.

Can you address my envelopes?

I offer return address printing on the flap of your envelopes and would be happy to print your guest names and addresses for you as well. There are additional costs associated with envelope addressing, so if that's something your interested in please email me and I will be happy to get you pricing.

Do you offer menu cards, place cards, and other day of stationery that match will my invitations?

Definitely! Leveret Paperie is happy to offer a wide range of day of stationery that match your invitations. You can view all current designs in the Leveret Paperie Etsy shop. If you are interested in matching programs, please email me and I will be happy to get you pricing.

Do you ship internationally?

Leveret Paperie does ship internationally for wedding and event paper goods. Please keep in mind that international orders may take longer to arrive.

CUSTOM DESIGN QUESTIONS

I found a design I love on Pinterest. Can you recreate it for me?

I am happy to take inspirational cues on colors, fonts, design elements and layouts, but I cannot replicate someone else’s designs for you. I would love to help you create something completely your own though.

How long do custom designs take?

Custom designs generally take 6 - 12 weeks to complete. Turnaround time is partially based on how quickly proofs are approved which affects the date the files can be sent to the printer.

What is the process of ordering a custom design?

A full explanation of the custom design process can be found here. The mini-version is this:

1. Contact Leveret Paperie to get the conversation started about what you’re looking for, how many you need and any other details you’d like to discuss. I will get back to you with any questions I have and also a design quote.

2. After receiving an initial deposit of 50% (if you prefer to pay in full up front that’s fine too), I will begin working on a custom sketch based on the details you provided. The sketch will include colors and layout options. Up to 3 rounds of proofing is included in the cost.

3. Once the sketch is approved, I will paint your invitations in watercolor and will send you a digital proof with the painted artwork. Up to 3 rounds of proofing is included in the cost.

4. After you have approved your final proof and paid the final balance, the cards will be printed and shipped to you.

How much do custom designs cost?

Everything is priced out based on the specifics of what your design will be, how in depth the design is, how many printed pieces you will need and what quantity you will need. Custom design packages start at $1000.

Can you paint me a custom map?

I would love to paint you a custom map. If it is part of your wedding invitation package the pricing is slightly different than if you just want the map by itself. Please email me with full details and I can get you a quote.
