Located in sunny North Carolina
Leveret Paperie is located just north of Charlotte, North Carolina. Heather Strianese, the owner and designer, works out of her home office studio and is usually accompanied by her 9 pound chihuahua/dachshund (AKA chiweenie**I know**) named Taylor and her 85 pound Bernedoodle, Rufus.

All of the illustrations you find on Leveret Paperie products start as a thumbnail sketch and grow into a hand-painted illustration before arriving in the shop. Most of the artwork is created with watercolor and sometimes with gouache (you can see Heather's material list below).
